Nepal is back in the news once again with reports suggesting that radical Sikh leader, Amritpal Singh reaching the country after a chase by the Indian police.
Ten years back, Indian Mujahideen chief, Yasin Bhatkal too had tried taking the same route, but was caught by the Indian agencies.
To begin with these are just two cases which are in the news as they are high-profile ones.
