The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has announced a cash reward of Rs 10 lakh against Khalistan separatist Kashmir Singh Galwaddi alias Balbir Singh.
Singh has been accused of promoting terror activities in various parts of the country. He is also wanted in a case registered by the NIA under Sections 120-B, 121-A of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and sections 17, 18-B, and 38 of the UAPA (Unlawful Activities Prevention Act).
