New Delhi, Dec 25: The investigation and analysis done by the Indian Intelligence suggest that the blast at Ludhiana may have wider ramifications than one may have expected.
Prime facie it appears that the blast was not just due to personal reasons, but was aimed at disrupting the upcoming Punjab elections. The intention was to create panic ahead of the elections. An Intelligence Bureau official tells OneIndia that the ISI through its Khalistan network may have tasked the dismissed cop to trigger the bomb in the court premises.
